It turns out that Philadelphia’s best cheesecake shop has an outpost a couple of blocks down from my apartment building, so naturally I went down there and got myself a slice. It was good, but I’m not really a fan of a base that isn’t busted up biscuits, that one tasted more like a cake. Hillary has told me about a place in Brooklyn that apparently do the *best* cheesecake, so me and Tigg may have to take the subway out of Manhattan next weekend when we head to NYC (oh, I guess I haven’t mentioned, Tigg is coming to visit for a week starting this Wednesday, it’s gonna be awesome).
