I made an order with Photobox today (because Flickr doesn’t have a printing partner in the UK besides Moo, and they’re not really setup for photo prints), but something went wrong during the order process meaning my order went through, but I couldn’t pay for it.

I sent them an e-mail and within about an hour I got a reply, they’d cancelled the order, put all the items (with the correct sizes and croppings on the pics I blew up) back in my basket, even applied the same coupon code as I was using, so that all I had to do was go through the checkout again.

Impressive customer service, if only Flickr would partner with them so that I wouldn’t need to upload my photos to two separate services. I’m pretty tempted to try and make one of those photobooks like the picture in this post, they look pretty impressive.
