So, yesterday I was driving back from Broughton, and someone knocked off my drivers side wing mirror.

Yes, the roads along that way can be quite tight, but I was driving towards a green Saxo, and we were both in our own lanes, and then for no reason whatsoever, the person on the otherside swerves TOWARDS me, knocking off the previously mentioned wing mirror. What goes through someones mind to make them think that aiming your car towards someone elses is going to help the situation when you’re already on a tight road as it is.

And they didn’t even stop, from my mirror I could see that the other guy’s mirror wasn’t hanging by it’s wires so presumably the worst he could have suffered was broken glass, whereas I’m left by the side of the road (luckily there was a lay by about 20m after the incident) looking like an idiot trying to use packaging tape (that was in my car for no reason at all, what luck!) to get my wing mirror back into a position where as left a few pieces of the shattered mirror were pointing backwards to give me a bit of vision.

Overall, not a happy bunny.

Good: Halo 3 (so good!), HYA having it’s best ever week of traffic.

Bad: Chest Infection, sore throat, cold, working on a massive post of 100 tees that needs to be posted today (probably already had about 10 hours spent on it and I haven’t started putting in the picutres yet).

Ugly: Nothing, I’m Bone remember!

LoveFilm have reactivated my account, and e-mailed back to me within about 7 hours of me contacting them, to get a personal message back from a company of that size on a Friday night at 22:47 is really impressive, bravo LoveFilm customer services (although it is a little sad that they have to work so late on a Friday…).

Oh, and I did pay the customs charges today, and my new hoodie looks great, although there is a slight misprint on the tee I got for Neil, but I can’t decide whether I should blog about it on HYA.

So HSBC decided that just because my credit card expires at the end of this month it’s totally cool for them to actual stop transactions going through on it from yesterday, brilliant. I’ve activated the new card but I can’t use it until October. So that’s 9 days while I can’t use my credit card. Awesome. My LoveFilm account got put on hold because of this and now I don’t seem to be able to get them to recognise that I’ve changed to my debit card to get my account off hold now, so I guess I won’t be seeing any new DVDs for a while.

I rang up HSBC about it but customer services didn’t seem to understand what I was asking, the woman told me that I should change the detials on the card to an expire date of 09/09 which makes no sense since my current card runs out 09/07 and the next one on 09/10, and when I asked her about it she just told me the same thing again, so I just accepted that I wasn’t going to get a straight answer out of her and did a KTHXBAI.
