Usually when it’s your birthday you receive the presents, you don’t give them out!

My host, Dreamhost, is 9 years old today, so they’ve:

  • redesigned their site (so that’s its web1.9 compliant)
  • doubled my bandwidth, up to a ridiculous 2 terabytes a month (we shift about 1/600th of that) increasing by 16GB a week
  • increased my disk space be a factor of ten, giving me 200GB increasing my 1GB a week

    • It’s all astoundingly unnecessary for my needs, but it’s still pretty unbelieveable for about £25 a year.
