A PSA for Tiggy

Robert Stephen Victor Tigg (on the right) was born 20 years, 364 days ago today, and to celebrate we’re going out on Saturday night and will force him to drink to the point where he isn’t enjoying himself, because that’s what good friends do.
It will also be my first night back in Cumbria as the uni term finishes tomorrow (I had my last ever history lecture today, scary) and I go back to Langdale to revise and write my oft-discussed dissertation. I’m not saying that my return to Cumbria is more important than Tigg’s birthday, but I am famous on the internet (even if some of those good links call me the ‘mayor of munchkinland’ *note* not actually me, I don’t like acting, it gets in the way of the truth (Colbert reference)).
So to anyone and everyone that reads this, if you’re in the Bowness area get yourself out on Saturday night and buy a drink for one of the greatest people you could ever meet. And if you’re not in the area, you could probably mail him a can of cider or something, Tiggy does love his cider!
Also, farewell to Bones Photo Hole, MSN is removing support to the ‘popular’ group that I set up about 5 years ago in the early days of picture sharing so that me and my school-chums could keep up to date with each others goings on, it was particularly active during our first years at university, when we would post photos to prove that we were just as popular at uni as in school. MSN never upped the 3MB personal storage limit since the group opened, limiting the amount that people could post. The service has been migrated to a lesser provider called “worldgroups” that I know little about, and their site isn’t very compatible with FireFox. MSN calls the migration “good news” and exciting…
